December 30th, at Eurowindow Office Building new headquarters – no. 2 Ton That Tung (Hanoi), a lucky draw and awarding ceremony was held for excellent employees who had valid tickets for entering Program of Private house sales Internal encouragement in Northern region, from December 15th, 2017 to January 31st, 2018. Attending the ceremony were leaders of multiple business departments.

According to the regulations of the internal competition program for promoting the sales of private houses in the North from December 15th, 2017 to January 31st, 2018, the organizing committee will award prizes as follows: The final prizes for employees who have the highest, second and third highest sales; the final prizes for showroom groups/departments/regions that have the Highest, second and third highest sales; weekly lucky draw and final lucky draw for employees.

For the lucky draw, based on the amount gained from customers, Business Administration Department handed out lucky draws to employees who had sales in the first 2 competitive weeks. For each 10.000.000VND (ten million Vietnam dong) that was paid by the customers to the company, the employee would receive 01 lucky draw. In the case where the paid amount exceeded for 5.000.000VND and more, the employee would receive 01 more lucky draw.

“Wrapping the first 2 weeks, with the fighting spirit of Eurowindow’s sales warriors in the Northern region, the organizing committee has distributed 384 valid lucky draws. Leaders of sales department recognizes the constant efforts of Eurowindow’s sales employees and hopes that this encouragement program will continue to spread widely, create a motivation for everyone to “sprint” in the end of year” – Mr. Vu Manh Dung – Wooden Door Sales Director shared at the ceremony.

The representative of the Organizing Committee drew and found 8 lucky employees who had valid tickets in the 1st and 2nd week of the competition, including 2 first prizes and 6 second prizes.

Even more exciting, at the ceremony, in order to create an atmosphere for everyone to speed up and strike in January, the opening of 2018, Sales leaders of departments have organized a bidding show. Employees who guaranteed to achieve sales will receive 10 million Vietnam dong in cash. From the initial figure of 500 million Vietnam dong, after representatives of departments passionately considering and competing, Mr. Nguyen Anh Viet – Direct Sales Department, Aluminum Door Sales Division finalized the sales at 1,4 billion VND dong, guaranteed to achieve the sales from January 01st to January 31st, 2018.

Also at the ceremony, briefly evaluating the sales activities of divisions in the year 2017, Mr. Vu Trong Phung – Sales and Techniques Deputy Director General stated: “In accordance with the common business goal for Sales Division in the North, up to week 52, Aluminum Sales Division has completed and surpassed the target (reaching 112%), Wood Sales Division has completed and surpassed the target (reaching 142%), International Sales Division has completed and surpassed the target (reaching 107%) while Plastic Sales Division only completed 97% of the planning. Meanwhile, sales of private house in 2017 in general hasn’t got the breakthrough the Board of Directors desired.

The common sales target for Hanoi office in 2018 is more than 2 165 billion VND, in which the Private House Sales planning is 324,2 billion VND, distributing to Plastic Sales Division 135,6 billion VND, Aluminum Sales Division 84,2 billion VND, Wood Sales Division 78,8 billion VND, International Sales Division 25,6 billion VND. These figures were brought forward based on the actual demand of the market and the growth ability of divisions through annual sales analysis. We would like Sales Division to reevaluate at showrooms and restructure management organization, establish Sales Division for new products and Sales Division of provincial market, work along with Sales Employee to strive for excellent completion of new year’s target”.

The ceremony ended in satisfaction with dignified, united and straight-forward spirit, helping to create a new atmosphere for a productive year of both of sales leaders and employees.
