Eurowindow holding the program summarizing business activities in the first 6 months”

Recently, in the city of Nha Trang, Eurowindow Company held a program summarizing business activities in the first 6 months of the country with the participation of all leaders of the company, sales leaders, showrooms leaders and excellent sales executives across the country.

Looking to celebrate its 15th year, Eurowindow launched many emulation programs in labor and production in order to accomplish its objectives. One of the major goals set by the company's management board in 2017 is to achieve the sales of VND 3,200 billion. Up to this point, the company has gone half way. With the aim of achieving not only 3,200 billion but also exceeding the target, the company organized the seminar "Sharing sales experience and action plan to achieve the target of 2017 annual sales".

Mr. Nguyen Canh Hong - General Director of the company said: "The seminar is a great opportunity for sales leaders and executives to exchange sales experiences, sharing difficulties and problems in work, bringing innovative ideas for effective business and listening to the direction of the leaders to enhance the responsibility in the work, promote the capacity, and exceed the target sales.

Mr. Vu Trong Trung - Deputy General Director of Sales and Engineering reporting business results in the first 6 months and plans to complete and exceed the target sales in 2017.

According to the business results report of the first six months, Eurowindow has achieved sales of VND 1.5 trillion, an increase of 45% over the same period of 2016. Of which, the Hanoi office sales reached 1.176 billion, surpassing 38% of the target sales, Ho Chi Minh branch sales achieved VND 243 billion, fulfilling 64% of the plan of the first 6 months, Da Nang branch achieved VND 95 billion, fulfilling 133% of the year plan.

In 2016, Division of Aluminum Sales became the best division of the company with the turnover of VND 610,264,947,365, exceeding 187% of target sales

At the seminar, Mr. Bui Quoc Binh - Director of Aluminum Sales, Hanoi Branch, shared about business tips and tactics as well as the current situation and solutions in project sales.

After listening to the contents of the presentations, the seminar participants shared their ideas and innovations to find out the effective way for the last 6-month plan.

Leaders, showrooms heads and sales executives eagerly contributing their ideas during the seminar.

 

Sharing her experience at the seminar, Truong Thi Thuy Hang - Binh Duong Showroom, HCM Branch said: "I have been working at Eurowindow for almost 2 years and found that Eurowindow is a good environment for me to grow. In my opinion, selling is a chance, but always requires the efforts and dedication of the seller. Sellers always have to be consultants to help customers solve difficulties and bring benefits to customers. Perhaps because I always value those things that I have been successful in my work. In addition, during my time at Eurowindow, I always try to learn, add knowledge of the product and accumulate sales experience to be able to consult and bring satisfaction to customers".

After the success of the seminar, Eurowindow members reunited at the Gala Dinner and visited attractive destinations of the coastal city of Nha Trang. Especially, on the occasion of the reunion of Eurowindow members from 3 regions, the company organized a football exchange tournament so that Eurowindow sales "soldiers" had the opportunity to exchange and increase the solidarity in the Eurowindow family.

At the end of the match, the North Eurowindow won first place, followed by Ho Chi Minh Branch and Da Nang Branch.
