Eurowindow to construct large aluminum-glass windows, doors and curtain walls for Laos - Vietnam cooperation committee office

Eurowindow won the contract to supply, construct and install nearly 1,000 m2 of doors, windows, glass walls and handrail for the project of office of Laos - Vietnam Cooperation Committee in Vientiane

The office building of Laos - Vietnam Cooperation Committee was designed and constructed by 36 Trading and Construction Architectural Joint Stock Company, officially commenced in June 2018.

The project used non-refundable aid of the Vietnamese Government for the Laos Government. This project showed the deep concern of the leaders of the two countries, contributing to strengthening the special relationship between Vietnam and Laos, which is increasingly developing, for the prosperity of the two nations and happiness of the two peoples.

In order to create a difference and a modern and luxurious look to the project, the project investor thoroughly selected and used high-class materials, optimizing the efficiency of the hi-tech architecture. Specifically, the Unitized facade glass wall system not only meets the requirements for good bearing capacity, creating an open view for users, but also creates a unique highlight, high aesthetics with decorative vertical aluminum slats. Along with that, the design of wide glass doors combined with glass balustrades contributes to making the most of natural light, bringing a fresh air source to functional rooms.

For this project, Eurowindow laminated glass products are used for exterior walls, windows and doors, taking advantage of the strong impact resistance, effectively preventing penetration from the outside, ensuring safety for users. In addition, with the structure of laminated glass, combined with PVB film, this is considered a reasonable solution to increase thermal and acoustic insulation, creating a quiet working and resting environment for users.

Eurowindow   tempered glass are used for the railing item, ensuring high safety due to strong impact resistance, vibration resistance, high thermal shock resistance, shattering into small granular chunks without sharp edges like ordinary glass.… The use of   tempered glass and stainless steel handrails also facilitates cleaning, helping the product retains its shiny look for many years.

It was expected that Eurowindow would complete the construction and hand over the items in the second quarter of 2019.
